1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Puerto Rico Music Association ("PRMA," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our website, services, and event ticketing.
By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or attending our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Ticket Purchase and Event Access
Ticket Sales
- All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified
- Tickets are non-transferable except through our official transfer system
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets
- We reserve the right to limit ticket quantities per customer
- Promotional codes are subject to terms and expiration dates
Event Attendance
- Valid ticket and government-issued photo ID required for entry
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate venue rules
- Events may be recorded; attendance constitutes consent to appear in recordings
- Lost or damaged tickets may be reissued at our discretion
3. Promotional Codes and Discounts
Artist promotional codes (EMMA, KELNIER, ASAF, MATIAS) are subject to the following terms:
- Valid for VIP Galaxy event only
- 50% discount applies to base ticket price
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Subject to availability and capacity limits
- May be revoked or modified without notice
- One use per customer per artist code
4. Event Changes and Cancellations
Event Modifications
PRMA reserves the right to:
- Modify event dates, times, or venues with reasonable notice
- Change artist lineups or performance order
- Implement health and safety measures as required
- Adjust seating arrangements or capacity limits
Event Cancellations
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances:
- Full refunds will be provided within 30 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other expenses
- Force majeure events are excluded from liability
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Ticket-Related Violations
- Ticket scalping or unauthorized resale
- Creating fake or fraudulent tickets
- Using bots or automated systems to purchase tickets
- Sharing or duplicating QR codes
Event Violations
- Disruptive behavior or interference with performances
- Unauthorized recording or photography
- Bringing prohibited items into venues
- Harassment of artists, staff, or other attendees
- Distribution of unauthorized materials
6. Payment and Billing
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods
- Payment must be completed at time of ticket purchase
- Failed payments may result in ticket cancellation
Billing Disputes
- Contact us within 30 days of billing issues
- Provide detailed information about disputed charges
- We will investigate and respond within 10 business days
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on our website and at our events is protected by intellectual property laws:
- PRMA trademarks, logos, and branding materials
- Website design, text, images, and multimedia
- Artist performances and recorded content
- Event production and creative elements
User Content
By submitting content to us (reviews, photos, etc.), you grant us:
- Non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your content
- Right to modify, distribute, and display your content
- Right to use your content for marketing and promotional purposes
- Right to remove or moderate user-generated content
8. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of information provided
Liability Limitations
PRMA's liability is limited to:
- Maximum of the ticket purchase price
- Direct damages only (no consequential damages)
- Exclusion of lost profits or business interruption
- No liability for third-party actions or venue issues

10. Indemnification

- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your negligent or wrongful conduct
11. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Resolution Process
- Direct Communication: Contact us first to resolve disputes informally
- Mediation: Good faith attempt at mediation if direct resolution fails
- Arbitration: Binding arbitration for unresolved disputes
- Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be resolved individually
12. Force Majeure
PRMA is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters, severe weather, or acts of God
- Government regulations, health emergencies, or public safety orders
- Labor disputes, strikes, or transportation issues
- Venue unavailability or technical failures
- Artist illness, injury, or unavailability
13. Severability and Modification
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time:
- Changes will be posted on our website
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications
- Significant changes will be communicated via email
- You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes
